nowadays became so afraid to eat eggs , believing that eggs can bring harmful
diseases to them. They always have doubts thinking what eggs can do . They
always think and ask do eggs are healthy or not .
Recent studies shows that eggs are very nutritious. they proved that eggs an't harm you and it doesn't cause anything to your health and body. It's not true that eggs increases the risk of heart disease and other harmful diseases because research proves that the study which promotes that eggs are causing risk isn't known until nowadays.
